Now I want the amount back, bank disabled my internet access saying I need to submit KYC. I can't use Video KYC feature they have because my internet access is taken out. You can get cheque book, new card, bank statement, net banking activation, block/unblock card, set limits everything online. Please give some examples. Bhai IDBI bank ka net banking is the worst. Mera 2 years pahle phone chori ho gaya tha uske baad se do phone change kar chuka hu lekin inka app aajtak kisi phone me nahi chala. Bank me complaint bhi register kra di lekin aik number ke haraamkhor hai IDBI wale. IDBI Bank app asking shitty permissions Recently updated the app. The update is not optional btw. After updating the app is asking permission to my phonebook/contacts. Why does the bank need to know my contacts? I think its the app developers stealing bank customer data.
